The work

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with students and community members through online platforms.
• Plan and coordinate student engagement activities, discussions, events, and campaigns.
• Respond to student questions, understand their concerns, and route feedback to the appropriate internal teams.
• Create and share useful community updates, announcements, and engagement content.
• Monitor participation, identify engagement trends, and suggest initiatives that improve student experience and retention.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and prepare regular community activity reports.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort working with online communities, social media, messaging platforms, and basic digital tools.
• A proactive, organized, and empathetic approach to student support.
• Ability to manage multiple conversations and activities while meeting deadlines.
• Relevant experience in community management, student engagement, customer success, education, or a related area is helpful.
• This is a remote, full-time opportunity in the education technology industry with a monthly salary of ₹20,000–₹25,000.
