The work

Responsibilities

• Manage CloseKart's official social media accounts across relevant platforms.
• Publish and schedule content according to the social media plan.
• Adapt content for different platforms and audiences.
• Manage captions, hashtags, post descriptions, and other social media content.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, mentions, and relevant interactions.
• Monitor relevant Reddit communities and participate appropriately where required.
• Research trends, topics, competitors, and content opportunities.
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, and content teams for social media requirements.
• Maintain consistent and professional communication across all platforms.
• Track basic social media performance, including reach and engagement.
• Assist in planning social media calendars and campaigns.
• Identify opportunities to improve CloseKart's social media presence and engagement.
• Provide regular updates on social media activities and performance.
• Take ownership of assigned social media responsibilities and complete them within required timelines.
