The work

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content for social media channels.
• Monitor platform trends, audience conversations, and competitor activity to identify relevant content opportunities.
• Support the development of captions, short-form posts, stories, reels, and campaign creatives in collaboration with the team.
• Track engagement, reach, and other performance indicators, and share observations for improving content strategy.
• Respond to comments and messages professionally while helping maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Coordinate performance-based social media initiatives and take ownership of assigned deliverables.

Requirements

This is a three-month, unpaid internship with performance-based opportunities. The role follows a hybrid work arrangement for candidates based in Pune or Mumbai, combining remote work with in-person collaboration as required. The internship is full-time and provides practical exposure to social media operations, content execution, and performance tracking.

• Suitable for freshers and candidates with 1 year of experience in social media, content, marketing, or a related area.
• Strong written communication, creativity, awareness of current social media formats, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment, meet deadlines, and learn quickly.
• Basic familiarity with social media analytics and content scheduling is helpful.
