The company is seeking a creative Social Media Intern (YouTube) to contribute to its video production and online communication initiatives. This is a remote opportunity for a motivated fresher who wants practical exposure to content strategy, social media management, casting, and digital production in a fast-moving environment.

The work

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce engaging educational videos for YouTube and create short-form Reels for social media platforms.
• Support scripting, storyboarding, topic research, content planning, and production coordination.
• Edit footage and improve videos with graphics, music, captions, transitions, and sound effects.
• Adapt content for different platforms to improve reach, viewer retention, and engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align videos with communication objectives.
• Track trends in video creation, social media, digital marketing, creator tools, and AI-assisted production.
• Assist with casting and other production activities when required.

Requirements

Internship details: This is a 3-month, full-time, remote internship. The monthly performance-based stipend ranges from ₹1,000 to ₹25,000. The role offers hands-on experience in video production, content strategy, casting, and social media management.

• Entry-level candidates and freshers with a strong interest in video creation, YouTube, social media, and digital content are welcome.
• Basic familiarity with video editing, content planning, graphic design, or social media platforms is helpful.
• Strong visual judgment, creativity, communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and experiment with editing, design, and AI-powered production tools; prior AI tool expertise is not compulsory.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate remotely, and meet agreed deadlines.
