The work

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and maintaining social media calendars across relevant platforms.
• Support the creation of captions, short-form content ideas, product-focused posts, stories, and campaign updates.
• Monitor comments, messages, trends, and audience interactions, escalating important feedback when needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect product information and keep published content accurate.
• Track basic engagement metrics and prepare simple observations to improve future content.
• Research e-commerce, social media, and competitor trends to contribute fresh campaign ideas.

• Open to candidates with any level of prior experience who are interested in social media and ecommerce.
• Strong written communication, creativity, attention to detail, and familiarity with major social platforms.
• Ability to organize tasks, meet deadlines, and learn quickly in a collaborative environment.
