The work

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, creating, and publishing content across relevant social media platforms.
• Support the development of captions, creative briefs, short-form content ideas, and campaign themes.
• Monitor audience interactions, comments, and messages, and help maintain an active online presence.
• Track basic performance metrics and prepare regular updates on reach, engagement, and content effectiveness.
• Research current social media trends, competitor activity, hashtags, and emerging formats to suggest fresh ideas.
• Coordinate with the content and marketing teams to ensure posts are accurate, timely, and aligned with campaign objectives.

Requirements

This is a paid, full-time internship based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, with a duration of 3 months. The selected intern will receive a monthly stipend of ₹6,000 and gain practical exposure to social media operations, content planning, audience engagement, and performance tracking.

• Interest in social media, digital content, branding, or online community building.
• Strong written communication, creativity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
• Basic familiarity with major social platforms and common content formats.
• Ability to manage tasks responsibly, meet deadlines, and collaborate in an in-office environment.
• Prior academic, personal, or project-based content experience is helpful but not mandatory.
