Lyftr AI is an AI-powered WhatsApp Sales & Support platform that automates customer conversations, lead qualification, appointment booking, and support while allowing seamless human takeover. The team values clear communication, creative thinking, experimentation, and a strong understanding of audience needs. We are looking for our own “Emily in Paris”, someone curious, stylish in their communication, culturally aware, energetic, and excited to bring fresh ideas to content and marketing.

The work

Responsibilities

Develop engaging content ideas for social media, digital campaigns, blogs, and other brand channels.
Create, edit, and coordinate short-form and long-form content aligned with campaign goals.
Research audience preferences, market trends, competitor activity, and relevant cultural conversations.
Support marketing campaigns from ideation through publishing, tracking, and performance review.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain a consistent brand voice and improve content quality.
Bring an observant, adventurous perspective to storytelling and help the brand connect with audiences in fresh ways.

Requirements

This is a paid, full-time, in-office internship based in Gurgaon with a duration of six months. The selected intern will receive a monthly stipend of ₹15,000–₹30,000.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for tone, grammar, and detail.
Creative thinking and an ability to translate ideas into compelling, audience-friendly content.
Interest in digital marketing, social media, content strategy, fashion, culture, lifestyle, and current online trends.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, take feedback, and work collaboratively.
Prior experience with content creation, marketing projects, design tools, or social media platforms is helpful but not mandatory.
