About the Role

We are preparing for a potential new partnership with a Canadian grocery retailer. The Insights Manager will shape shopper-insight delivery across an assigned portfolio, translating retailer and supplier priorities into a focused workplan and measurable client value. What You'll Be Doing

You will lead client relationships and insight delivery while creating strong foundations for commercial growth and team performance.

  • Build trusted relationships with CPG clients and relevant retailer stakeholders.
  • Shape account plans, stakeholder maps and agreed value measures.
  • Translate supplier, retailer and category priorities into the right insight workplan.
  • Lead upsell and cross-sell activity across assigned clients and prospects.
  • Manage and coach Shopper Insights Client Leads, supporting delivery, renewals and revenue performance.

  • Understanding of the CPG industry and experience in an insight or CPG business.
  • Leadership experience in a client-facing team environment.
  • Commercial judgement supported by experience selling products or services.
  • Confident stakeholder management across supplier and retailer organisations.
  • Ability to balance pipeline, client delivery, team leadership and financial priorities.
