Client Leadership

Our Client Leadership teams are dunnhumby's commercial engine - building the long-term, trusted partnerships that turn customer data into measurable growth for the world's biggest retailers and brands. We work across grocery, mass and specialty retail, translating insight into action on everything from ranges and pricing to media and promotions.

About the Role

We are preparing for a potential new client engagement and building retail client leadership capability in Canada. This role will support assigned retailer relationships and help translate customer data and insight into practical recommendations for retailer decision-makers.

What You'll Be Doing

You will support retailer relationships and insight delivery from brief through presentation, helping ensure dependable project delivery and clear client value.

  • Support day-to-day relationships with assigned retailer stakeholders.
  • Clarify retailer questions and translate them into focused analysis, deliverables and actions.
  • Interpret customer and shopper insights and help create clear presentations and recommendations.
  • Coordinate project timelines, actions and follow-up across internal teams.
  • Contribute to account planning, client value tracking and appropriate growth opportunities.
