• Plan and organize visits to the SAP Experience Center for customers, partners, universities, and internal teams.
• Communicate with stakeholders from planning to coordination and smooth on-site execution.
• Manage the weekly deployment schedule of the student team to ensure a high-performing support team.
• Identify potential for improvement and initiate projects that actively shape the Experience Center.
