The work

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales team with day-to-day sales operations, coordination, and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate sales trackers, MIS reports, lead records, opportunity details, and client communication records using MS Excel.
• Assist with proposals, presentations, documentation, business reports, and sales-related follow-up activities.
• Prepare and update PowerPoint presentations and supporting sales materials.
• Coordinate with internal technology and delivery teams to collect information for client communication and business proposals.
• Track action items and support timely coordination across teams working on IT, IoT, cloud, automation, and digital transformation solutions.
• Contribute to market and prospect research and help identify information relevant to ASPR Technology’s technology offerings.

Requirements

This is a paid, full-time, on-site internship offering a monthly stipend of ₹15,000. The selected intern will gain practical experience in sales coordination, CRM and record management, MIS reporting, proposal support, PowerPoint presentations, and cross-functional collaboration in a technology-led business.

• Graduates or candidates pursuing a relevant degree in Business, Management, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Freshers with enthusiasm to build a career in sales operations within the IT Services and Consulting industry are encouraged to apply.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, email, and standard office productivity tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good coordination, follow-up, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• A positive attitude and strong willingness to learn new processes, tools, and technology concepts.
• Ability to take ownership of assigned activities and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
• Willingness to learn about IT services, IoT, infrastructure, automation, rapid application development, cloud management, AI, APIs, chatbots, and RPA solutions.
• Ability to work from the Noida office for the complete six-month internship.
