Sales Executive

NoBroker is hiring a Sales Executive! Responsibilities • Identify and contact prospective customers through outbound calls and lead-generation data. • Understand prospect requirements, recommend suitable solutions, and develop strong customer relationships. • Follow up consistently on older leads while working on newly assigned leads. • Maintain accurate activity records and meet defined quality, productivity, and sales targets. • Deliver professional customer interactions and contribute to revenue generation. • Complete the initial training program to understand the end-to-end sales process and operating standards. Requirements • Diploma, graduate, or postgraduate qualification. • 0–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, telecalling, or a related area. • Excellent verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal, numerical, analytical, and decision-making skills. • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel. • Fluency in English and Hindi, with Kannada or Tamil as applicable to the assigned market. • Willingness to work a day shift with 9 hours of login time between 8 AM and 10 PM, six days per week, with a weekday off. • A personal laptop with webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and power backup is mandatory for this work-from-home role. • Applicants should be energetic, articulate, customer-focused, and motivated to close sales opportunities.
