The work

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute sales activities across assigned territories, customer segments, or business channels.
  • Identify prospects, generate leads, conduct product or service presentations, and convert opportunities into customers.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups, update sales records, and provide accurate pipeline and revenue reports.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers and understand their requirements to recommend suitable solutions.
  • For the Sales Manager position, guide team performance, support target planning, coach executives, and monitor achievement against goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, order processing, and customer support.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills are essential.
