The work

Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with small and medium-sized businesses across Tamil Nadu.
• Travel frequently to meet business owners, understand their needs, and identify growth opportunities.
• Present customised growth strategies and marketing solutions to prospective clients.
• Generate leads, conduct outreach, maintain follow-ups, and support client acquisition.
• Build strong relationships, manage the sales pipeline, and communicate the value of the agency's services.
• Collaborate with the internal team to shape growth strategies and marketing solutions.

Requirements

This 3-month paid internship offers hands-on experience in sales, marketing, client acquisition, and business strategy. Interns who demonstrate strong performance may receive an opportunity to convert to a full-time position. The role is based in Chennai and offers a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with meaningful ownership and growth opportunities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a confident, outgoing personality.
• Genuine interest in sales, persuasion, marketing, and business development.
• Ability to pitch ideas convincingly, handle rejection positively, and work toward targets.
• Comfort with travelling across Chennai and meeting business owners in person.
• Initiative, resilience, relationship-building ability, and willingness to learn.
• Prior sales or marketing exposure is helpful but not essential.
