Role Overview

• We are looking for motivated Sales & Marketing Interns who can help introduce Cravely Foods products to potential customers, generate sales opportunities, conduct market research, and build brand awareness. This role provides practical exposure to FMCG sales, field marketing, customer interaction, and business development.

The work

Roles & Responsibilities

• Introduce Cravely Foods products to potential customers through direct marketing and product sampling.
• Distribute authorised product samples and collect genuine customer feedback on taste, quality, packaging, and pricing.
• Approach local grocery stores, supermarkets, cafés, and other potential retail partners.
• Identify potential customers and generate sales leads and actual purchase orders.
• Promote Cravely Foods through local marketing activities and customer engagement.
• Maintain records of customer feedback, sales enquiries, orders, and market observations.
• Share regular activity and performance reports with the management team.
• Support promotional campaigns and other sales and marketing initiatives.

• Students, graduates, and freshers from any academic background can apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in sales, marketing, entrepreneurship, and the FMCG industry.
• Confidence in interacting with customers and approaching potential retailers.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and target-oriented.
• Willingness to participate in field activities and market visits.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones, Google Forms, and online communication tools.
• Prior sales or marketing experience is not mandatory.

• This is an unpaid internship with no fixed stipend. Interns who generate eligible, verified sales will receive performance-based incentives according to the company's separately communicated incentive structure.
• High-performing interns may also be considered for authorised product reselling opportunities, subject to mutually agreed pricing, terms, and conditions.
