SPOTMIES LLP is seeking enthusiastic early-career talent to join its team in Visakhapatnam for a hands-on internship combining research support and social media content creation. This opportunity is designed for candidates who are curious, creative, dependable, and eager to learn through practical work in a professional office environment. Interns will also be expected to use modern AI tools thoughtfully to improve research, ideation, writing, and content quality.

The work

Responsibilities

• Support research activities by collecting information, organizing findings, checking details, and preparing clear summaries.
• Assist with planning, writing, and developing engaging content for social media platforms.
• Use AI tools to brainstorm ideas, structure information, draft content, refine language, and improve productivity while maintaining accuracy and originality.
• Create effective prompts to obtain useful, relevant, and high-quality outputs from AI tools.
• Contribute ideas for posts, captions, short-form content, and audience engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate with the team to meet assigned deadlines and maintain accurate work records.
• Review AI-assisted content carefully, fact-check information, apply human judgment, and improve outputs based on feedback and audience response.

Who they want

Requirements

The internship duration is four months. The first month is unpaid. From the second month onward, the monthly stipend will be performance-based and is expected to be between ₹3,000 and ₹5,000, depending on the quality and consistency of work. Candidates who perform well may be considered for continuation after the internship period.

• Freshers and candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply.
• Ability to work confidently with AI tools and create clear, specific prompts that produce strong results.
• Ability to develop polished social media content with the support of AI, while ensuring the final work is engaging, accurate, original, and aligned with the brief.
• Strong willingness to learn, attention to detail, communication skills, creativity, and a responsible approach to tasks.
• Interest in research, digital content, social media, writing, prompt creation, or creative communication.
• Ability to work from the office in Visakhapatnam and collaborate effectively with the team.
