Scatterlink is hiring: React Native Developer

Scatterlink is a startup building inventory and material tracking software for mining companies. We need a React Native Developer to build mobile apps that connect to field devices and work reliably without internet access.

• Location: Andheri West, Mumbai
• Experience: 1–3 years
• Salary: ₹4-8 LPA, based on experience and skills
• Work arrangement: 100% office-based
• Working hours: 9 AM–6 PM
• Start: Immediate

The work

What you’ll do

• Build and maintain React Native apps for Android and iOS.
• Integrate SDKs for barcode scanners and RFID handheld devices.
• Build and troubleshoot Bluetooth device connections.
• Develop offline workflows with local data storage and reliable sync.
• Handle sync conflicts, retries, and interrupted connections.
• Write native modules and troubleshoot issues in Android and iOS code.
• Test apps on physical devices and take ownership of fixes and releases.

• 2–5 years of hands-on React Native development experience.
• Strong JavaScript or TypeScript skills.
• Experience with native Android and iOS development, including Kotlin/Java and Swift/Objective-C.
• Experience integrating third-party SDKs and native modules.
• Practical experience with offline storage, API integration, and data sync.
• Experience connecting mobile apps to Bluetooth devices, barcode scanners, or RFID handhelds.
• Ability to solve problems independently and work closely with a small startup team.
