The work

Responsibilities of the Candidate

  • Lead the planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout phases of eCOA studies and programs, gathering customer requirements into actionable plans.
  • Manage study documentation, device distribution/tracking, status reports, metrics, and data archival in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor study timelines, milestones, financials (budget reviews, revenue forecasting, scope changes), deliverables, and project risks.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, facilitating collaboration between sponsors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Support onboarding, mentoring, and training of new Project Management team members and contribute to process improvements.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant project management experience.
  • 1 to 4 years of project management experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, clinical research, life sciences, or related industries.
  • Understanding of the drug development process, clinical trial environment, and eClinical solutions (eCOA, ePRO, RTSM/IRT) preferred.
  • Strong project planning, financial management, risk management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
