The work

Responsibilities

• Own product initiatives from discovery and prioritization through launch, measurement, and iteration.
• Work closely with customers, design, engineering, sales, and business stakeholders to define valuable solutions.
• Translate user needs and business objectives into clear product requirements, roadmaps, and success metrics.
• Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and use insights to improve adoption, engagement, and overall experience.
• Communicate priorities, trade-offs, timelines, and progress effectively across teams.

Requirements

This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Bangalore, with annual compensation in the range of ₹6 LPA to ₹12 LPA.

• Approximately 2 years of experience in product management or a closely related product role.
• Strong understanding of product discovery, prioritization, agile delivery, and data-informed decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders.
• Strong ownership, analytical thinking, and customer empathy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving product environment.
