The work

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective customers through calls, messages, email, and other approved channels.
• Understand prospect requirements and explain relevant products or services clearly.
• Qualify leads, maintain accurate interaction records, and coordinate meetings for the sales team.
• Prepare and share suitable presentations, proposals, or product information as required.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and support the sales team in moving opportunities through the pipeline.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales colleagues to improve lead quality and customer engagement.

Requirements

This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Ahmedabad, with a monthly salary of ₹20,000.

• Applicants may be freshers or have a maximum of 2 years of experience in any industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a confident, customer-friendly approach.
• Good listening, follow-up, organization, and basic presentation abilities.
• Comfort with learning new products, using digital communication tools, and working toward team goals.
• Prior experience in pre-sales, tele-sales, customer support, business development, or a related area is helpful but not mandatory.
