What you'll do

  • Assist an experienced construction manager in a residential building project (36 units)
  • Learn and apply the Lean Construction method in practice
  • Take on partial construction management tasks based on transparent planning
  • Actively participate in daily project activities, observing progress and challenges
  • Support the coordination of appointments and communication with subcontractors on site

Requirements

  • Enrollment in Bauingenieurwesen, Baubetrieb, Baumanagement, Architektur, or a comparable degree program
  • Passion for construction, its processes, and Lean Construction
  • Solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to comprehend complex processes
  • High level of technical understanding
  • Self-assured communication skills
  • Eagerness to question the status quo of processes
  • Very good German language skills, written and spoken
  • Minimum 6 months availability
