Responsibilities

What you'll do

  • Support project and construction management
  • Coordinate with contact persons and take on responsible tasks
  • Learn detailed activities in turnkey construction execution
  • Coordinate the construction site with project/construction management
  • Ensure compliance with quality, costs, and deadlines
  • Review and update cost and schedule plans
  • Work with purchasing and project management to award contracts to subcontractors

Requirements

  • Enrolled student in construction, architecture, or real estate (e.g., civil engineering, architecture, construction management)
  • OR completed apprenticeship in construction trade (e.g., carpenter, bricklayer)
  • Possess a valid car driver's license (Class B)
  • Be reliable and committed
  • Work in a structured manner or be willing to learn a structured approach
  • Work on own initiative and take on responsibility
  • Have a strong interest in architecture or construction
