What you'll do

• Collaborate with experienced HR Consultants on strategic HR and organizational tasks.
• Support HR and organizational projects from preparation to follow-up.
• Assist with conceptual tasks (e.g., organizational design, role descriptions, HR concepts).
• Create decision-making documents, presentations, and management reports.
• Support the development and revision of target pictures, role models, and process descriptions.
• Analyze organizational structures and HR data.
• Participate in workshops, meetings, and project formats.
• Contribute to talent management topics (e.g., development models, skill/competency themes).
• Support the implementation of HR standards and instruments.
• Prepare best practices and benchmarks.
• Assist with communication between HR, departments, and other interfaces.
• Create information materials, presentations, and decision templates.

Qualifications

What you'll need
