Responsibilities

What you'll do

• Support the operational day-to-day business, including Shopfloor Management (SFM) in production
• Assist in organizing, preparing, and following up on management committees, workshops, and decision rounds
• Create presentations, reports, and decision templates for management
• Independently process and manage projects and initiatives with business partners
• Help prepare, conduct, and follow up on internal and external events
• Independently organize visits and delegations at the Sindelfingen site
• Support topics related to strategy, corporate culture, communication, and digitalization
• Contribute to the development and introduction of digital tools for control and communication processes
• Identify and implement new digital solutions and AI applications to increase efficiency

Requirements

• Advanced studies in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Communication Sciences, or a comparable field
• Excellent organizational skills and a structured, independent, and reliable working style
• Strong communication skills and a confident, friendly demeanor
• Interest in production, control, and management processes
• Enthusiasm for digitalization, artificial intelligence, and modern working methods
• Ability to quickly familiarize with new topics and digital tools and actively shape innovative solutions
• High willingness to be present on-site and enjoy collaborating with various contacts
• Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Team player, self-starter, and engaged
• Analytical thinking and ability to quickly grasp connections and introduce new perspectives
