Responsibilities

What you'll do

  • Pflege von Stammdaten in SAP oder anderen Einkaufstools
  • Aktualisierung von Bedarfszahlen und Serienanlaufplänen
  • Verfolgung von ECR-Workflows bei Änderungsprozessen
  • Neuanlage von Materialnummern
  • Anfrage von Materialdeklarationen bei externen Geschäftspartnern
  • Austausch mit der Business Unit
  • Führen von Gesprächen mit Geschäftspartnern zu Projektanfragen und Vergaben
  • Durchführung von Markt- und Unternehmensrecherchen für neue Technologien/Partner
  • Vergleich von Angeboten sowie technischen Daten
  • Aktive Mitwirkung bei Verhandlungen mit externen Unternehmen

Requirements

  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel auf fortgeschrittenem Niveau
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch
  • Gutes Englisch
  • Immatrikulation an einer Hochschule
  • 6-monatiges Pflichtpraktikum gem. SPO
