The work

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound leads and counsel parents on school programmes, policies, and admission opportunities.
  • Guide families through the admission journey, respond to enquiries, and resolve concerns through phone, in-person, and written communication.
  • Build positive, trusted relationships with parents and act as an effective liaison between families and the school.
  • Maintain accurate student and parent records in the admissions database.
  • Prepare relevant reports and updates for Zonal Heads and internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in virtual or online placement and recruitment coordination as required.

  • Working knowledge of databases and common software tools.
  • Fluency in both English and Hindi is required.
  • The position is full-time and based on-site at OCSE, Ahinsa Circle, Bhilwara, Rajasthan.
