Roles and Responsibilities

• Support the mapping, review, and improvement of organizational processes through structured process modeling.
• Assist with operational planning and coordination across relevant activities and workflows.
• Contribute to supply chain management activities, including tracking operational requirements and process flows.
• Support cost management initiatives by organizing information and identifying opportunities for operational efficiency.
• Participate in quality control reviews and help monitor adherence to established processes.
• Assist in coordinating team activities, tracking responsibilities, and supporting effective team management.
• Help maintain and organize operational information within ERP systems, where applicable.
• Track performance metrics and prepare updates to support operational reviews and decision-making.
• Assist in identifying operational risks and documenting relevant risk management actions.
• Apply quantitative analysis, logical reasoning, and verbal communication to support operational problem-solving and reporting.
