Enervia Nutraceuticals Private Limited is a growing nutraceuticals company focused on building science-backed health and wellness solutions.

The company is building Outpace, its performance hydration brand, designed to support hydration, recovery, and endurance for active individuals. With a focus on science-led formulations, transparent ingredients, and products tailored to Indian lifestyles, Outpace aims to make performance hydration more accessible across fitness, sports, and everyday wellness.

We are looking for a proactive and organised Operations Manager who can help streamline daily operations, manage fulfilment across D2C and B2B channels, and support the growth of both Enervia and its Outpace brand.

The work

Responsibilities

• Manage daily order fulfilment across D2C and B2B channels, ensuring order accuracy and timely dispatch.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate replenishment, and maintain accurate stock records.
• Coordinate with vendors, logistics partners, warehouses, and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
• Work closely with sales, customer support, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Track order processing and delivery performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement practical process improvements.
• Support operational requirements related to Outpace, including product movement, stock availability, sampling, and business orders.
• Maintain proper documentation, operational reports, and records.
• Handle multiple priorities independently while taking ownership of day-to-day execution in a growing startup environment.

Who they want

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, fulfilment, supply chain, e-commerce, or a related function.
• Hands-on experience with order management, inventory control, vendor coordination, or logistics.
• Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Comfortable working across both D2C and B2B business operations.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, nutraceuticals, FMCG, or e-commerce industry will be an advantage.
