Role The Media Measurement and Performance Associate plays an important role in delivering data-driven media performance across our retail media ecosystem. Working closely with media planning, commercial, product and platform teams, as well as clients and agencies, you'll help ensure campaigns are measured effectively, insights are actionable, and performance continues to improve across our market-leading in-store and digital media solutions. What You'll Be Doing You'll support the delivery of measurement-first media planning by combining campaign management, performance analysis and client collaboration to maximise campaign effectiveness. • Own the day-to-day management and optimisation of Sponsored Search & Browse campaigns, ensuring best-practice execution across our self-serve platform • Support the implementation of measurement methodologies across our portfolio of digital and in-store media solutions • Deliver campaign reporting, measurement insights and performance analysis to clients and internal stakeholders • Partner with commercial, media planning, product and platform teams to embed measurement best practices and improve ways of working • Su
