The work

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and maintaining content calendars for social media platforms.
• Create engaging captions, posts, short-form content, and other marketing materials.
• Support social media management, publishing, monitoring, and audience engagement.
• Research relevant trends, topics, competitors, and audience interests.
• Coordinate with the team to maintain consistent messaging and timely delivery of campaigns.
• Track basic content and social media performance and share observations for improvement.

Requirements

This is a paid, full-time, hybrid internship based in Kolkata, with a monthly stipend of ₹3,000 to ₹5,000. The selected intern will gain hands-on experience in digital marketing and contribute to real business communication projects.
