The work

Responsibilities of the Candidate

•

Perform day-to-day accounting activities for client entities under established procedures.

•

Maintain GL-level accounting for expenses, cash, intercompany balances and financing activities.

•

Prepare and review reconciliations, including cash, intercompany balances and loan-related movements.

•

Prepare support files for financial statements and contribute to financial analysis.

•

Prepare payment support files and coordinate payment execution with onshore teams.

•

Monitor cash positions and contribute to cash forecasting and liquidity tracking.

•

Follow up on payment status and investigate discrepancies.

•

Own and maintain finance trackers and control files.

•

Prepare periodic management reports and ad-hoc financial analyses.

•

Ensure accuracy, completeness and consistency of financial data.

•

Prepare corporate documentation and internal approvals related to finance activities.

•

Liaise directly with onshore finance teams to collect, clarify and validate information.

•

Contribute actively to process improvements and documentation updates.

•

Take ownership of recurring finance processes within the assigned scope.

•

Act as a first-level point of contact for operational finance topics within the COE.

•

Support and guide junior team members (e.g., management trainees) when required.
