The work

Responsibilities of the Candidate

  • Assist with banking operations and routine administrative activities.
  • Support documentation and maintenance of banking records.
  • Assist with customer-service and branch operations.
  • Help process operational paperwork and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate with branch staff to support daily banking activities.
  • Follow the bank’s operational procedures and compliance requirements.

  • Education: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
  • Minimum marks: 50%.
  • Education mode: Regular education stream — SSLC/SSC, HSC and graduation (10+2+3).
  • Work experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in banks or NBFCs.
  • Age limit: Maximum 28 years as of 30 September 2026.
  • Date of birth: Candidates must have been born on or after 1 October 1998.
  • Age relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
  • Domicile: Candidates must be domiciled in one of the specified states/UTs.
  • Language: Proficiency in the local language is preferred.
  • Other conditions: Candidates must be willing to serve anywhere in India and meet medical fitness and background-verification requirements.
