operations team.

About the Role

This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are detail-oriented, enjoy working with product data, and

are eager to learn and grow in e-commerce operations. As a Jr. E-Commerce Executive, you’ll be

responsible for maintaining product catalogs, onboarding and offboarding products, executing

promotions, and ensuring data integrity across online channels.

You’ll collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure our e-commerce platforms

deliver an excellent customer experience and reflect our business objectives. It’s a fantastic

opportunity to begin your career in e-commerce while developing skills in catalog management,

promotions, and digital operations.

Key Responsibilities

pricing, specifications, barcodes, and associated information across multiple platforms using

ERP systems and website management tools.

offers, ensuring expired promotions are removed promptly, and managing barcodes.

• Product Information Management – Maintain, update, and verify product details such as
• Product Onboarding & Offboarding – Manage the complete process of listing and delisting
• Promotions Management – Assist in planning, preparing, and executing promotional
• Category Management – Organize, streamline, and regularly review product categories,
• Catalogue Preparation – Prepare and compile monthly catalogues, including creating
• Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams
• Data Integrity & Quality Control – Conduct regular audits of product information to identify discrepancies, correct errors, and maintain a consistently high level of data integrity.

• A recent graduate (fresh out of college candidates are strongly preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written English skills (mandatory)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Eager to learn and comfortable working with data sets, ERP systems, and e-commerce
