Intineri Infosol Pvt ltd. is hiring an IT Recruitment Executive to strengthen its recruitment and staffing operations. This role is suited to a recruitment professional who can combine strong technology hiring knowledge with client ownership, candidate engagement, and consistent delivery across multiple hiring requirements.

The work

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete IT recruitment lifecycle, from understanding requirements and sourcing candidates to screening, interview coordination, offer management, and joining follow-up.
• Source qualified technology professionals through LinkedIn, job portals, Boolean searches, databases, referrals, and other relevant channels.
• Understand technical job descriptions and assess candidates for role fit, communication, availability, compensation, and career alignment.
• Manage client requirements and candidate submissions while maintaining accurate recruitment records and timely updates.
• Build and maintain existing client relationships, manage active accounts, and contribute to generating new IT recruitment requirements.
• Coordinate effectively with candidates, clients, interview panels, and internal stakeholders to achieve successful closures.
• Support permanent, contract, and contract-to-hire recruitment mandates while meeting agreed delivery targets.

Who they want

Requirements

• 2.5–3 years of experience in IT recruitment, IT staffing, or technology hiring.
• Demonstrated experience handling end-to-end recruitment and closing IT positions successfully.
• Existing client relationships or experience managing active client accounts is strongly preferred.
• A strong LinkedIn network and practical experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and Boolean search.
• Good understanding of IT technologies, technical job descriptions, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, follow-up, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience in an IT recruitment consultancy or staffing environment, including permanent, contract, and contract-to-hire hiring, will be an advantage.
• This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Tollygunge/Kudghat, Kolkata, with a monthly salary of ₹25,000–₹30,000.
