  • Greet and guide new employees on their first day.
  • Support HR in conducting orientation sessions and presentations.
  • Ensure completion of joining formalities, forms, and policy acknowledgments.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and digital filing systems.
  • Update trackers (new joiner status, onboarding progress, etc.).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with new hires and multiple departments.
  • Basic MS Office / Google Workspace skill.
  • Ability to manage confidential information.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
