The work

Responsibilities of the Intern

  • Manage the intake and tracking of customer security questionnaires and compliance requests.
  • Review incoming requests and route them to the appropriate Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
  • Monitor progress and follow up with stakeholders to ensure established service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of questionnaire status and completion metrics.
  • Support the use of approved AI tools to improve compliance tracking, documentation, reporting, and project management workflow efficiency.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, AIML, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to use approved AI tools to support documentation, summarization, data organization, reporting, and the automation and optimization of routine tasks and workflows.
  • Awareness of data privacy, confidentiality, and security considerations when using AI-enabled tools.
  • Basic proficiency in coding languages such as Python to support task automation, data analysis, reporting efficiency, and process optimization.
