The work

Responsibilities

• Develop creative and functional interior design concepts for offices, banks, institutions, commercial spaces, and related projects.
• Prepare 2D floor plans, furniture layouts, elevations, working drawings, and execution drawings.
• Create 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations for client and management review.
• Support space planning, material selection, colour schemes, furniture layouts, and design specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, production teams, and execution departments to maintain design accuracy.
• Visit project sites when required, understand site conditions, revise designs based on feedback, and maintain project documentation.

Requirements

This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Muvattupuzha, Kerala, with a monthly salary range of ₹20,000 to ₹25,000. The role offers commercial project exposure, practical learning, professional development, and scope for career growth.

• Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
• Applicants with 1–3 years of experience in interior design, especially commercial interiors, are welcome; freshers with strong design ability may also apply.
• Working knowledge of interior design principles, space planning, furniture layouts, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and rendering tools is desirable.
• Strong creativity, visualisation, attention to detail, communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to learn new techniques and software, manage design revisions, and meet project deadlines.
