The work

Responsibilities

• Call and connect with a database of prospective parents who have expressed interest in our services.
• Build trust with parents, communicate the value of our offerings, and handle questions or objections effectively.
• Follow up with interested prospects consistently to improve conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, lead status, follow-ups, and conversions in a CRM or tracking sheet.
• Work closely with the founder to improve sales conversations, identify common objections, and refine the client acquisition process.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in speaking with parents over the phone and building rapport.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• A proactive, target-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in sales and business development.
• Prior experience in sales, telecalling, customer acquisition, or business development is a plus, but not mandatory.
