The work

Job Responsibilities

Assist in the implementation and deployment of company software solutions.
Understand client requirements and ensure smooth software implementation.
Coordinate with clients to configure software according to their business needs.
Provide training and guidance to clients on software usage.
Troubleshoot implementation-related issues and coordinate with the technical team for resolution.
Maintain proper documentation and follow up with clients to ensure successful implementation.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
