The work

Responsibilities

• Support the team with candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
• Help maintain recruitment trackers, employee records, and HR documentation with accuracy.
• Assist with onboarding activities, internal communication, and routine people-operations tasks.
• Coordinate with team members to collect updates and ensure HR activities are completed on schedule.
• Research HR practices and contribute to process-improvement initiatives when required.

Requirements

This is a six-week, full-time, unpaid remote internship designed to provide practical exposure to HR Management. Candidates should be able to work responsibly from a remote setting and participate consistently throughout the internship period.

• Currently pursuing the final year of a relevant degree or academic programme.
• Strong interest in human resource management and workplace practices.
• Good written and verbal communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Comfort with remote collaboration and common productivity tools.
