Pioneer e solutions Pvt.Ltd. is hiring an HR Recruiter & HR Operations Intern to support day-to-day people and talent activities in its Gurgaon office. This internship offers practical exposure to recruitment coordination, candidate communication, and core HR operations within a professional work environment.

The work

Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, reviewing profiles, and coordinating interview schedules.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring journey and maintain a positive applicant experience.
• Assist with interview documentation, follow-ups, trackers, and status updates.
• Help maintain employee and recruitment records while supporting routine HR operations and administrative activities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of hiring and people-related tasks.

This is a paid, full-time internship based in Gurgaon, with a duration of 6 months and a monthly stipend of ₹10,000–₹15,000.
