The work

Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment team in identifying and engaging potential candidates for international opportunities.
• Assist with sourcing, screening, and organizing candidate information across recruitment pipelines.
• Help coordinate communication and follow-ups with candidates and internal stakeholders in relation to Brazil and South Korea hiring requirements.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and share regular updates on assigned activities.
• Contribute ideas to improve outreach, candidate engagement, and hiring coordination processes.

Requirements

This is a three-month, full-time remote internship with a monthly performance-based incentive of ₹1,000 to ₹2,000. The intern will receive practical exposure to global recruitment activities involving candidates and stakeholders connected with Brazil and South Korea.
