The work

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations, employee documentation, and maintenance of personnel records.
• Assist with sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment trackers.
• Help with onboarding activities, employee engagement initiatives, internal communication, and HR data reporting.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure timely completion of routine HR processes while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Requirements

• Pursuing or having completed an MBA in Human Resource Management is preferred.
• Suitable for freshers and candidates with 0 to 1 year of experience who are interested in building a career in human resources.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-through, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic proficiency with office productivity tools and comfort working in a full-time onsite environment.
• This is a 6-month paid internship based in Warje, Pune, with a monthly stipend of ₹5,000.
• Immediate joiners are appreciated.
• Working hours are Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with alternate Saturdays off.
