The work

Responsibilities

• Assist the HR team with sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Support interview scheduling, candidate communication, joining formalities, and maintenance of recruitment records.
• Help prepare HR reports, update employee and applicant information, and organize relevant documentation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and respond to routine employee or candidate queries in a timely manner.
• Contribute to employee engagement activities and other HR projects as assigned.

This is a paid, full-time internship offering a monthly stipend of ₹10,000–₹20,000. The selected intern will gain hands-on experience, guidance from the HR team, and exposure to day-to-day people operations.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and approachable manner.
• Interest in human resources, recruitment, employee engagement, and workplace operations.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfort with common productivity tools and willingness to learn HR systems and processes.
• Ability to work from the Bhubaneswar office for the six-month internship.
