The work

Responsibilities

• Support the HR team with sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
• Maintain accurate employee and recruitment records while handling information responsibly.
• Assist with onboarding activities, documentation, engagement initiatives, and day-to-day HR administration.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to track hiring updates and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Help prepare reports, schedules, and communication materials for HR activities.

Requirements

This is a six-month, full-time, in-office internship based in Delhi, offering a monthly stipend of ₹10,000 to ₹20,000. The intern will gain practical exposure to core HR processes while working closely with the team.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, approachable manner.
• Interest in human resources, recruitment, employee engagement, or people operations.
• Good organisation skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and common workplace productivity tools.
