The work

Responsibilities

• Support the team in sourcing candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes, maintain candidate trackers, and coordinate interview schedules with applicants and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with candidate communication, follow-ups, interview documentation, and status updates.
• Help maintain accurate recruitment records and contribute to improving the overall hiring workflow.
• Participate in additional HR and recruitment activities assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements

• 0–1 year of experience or relevant exposure in recruitment, human resources, coordination, or talent acquisition.
• Good verbal and written communication skills with a professional approach to candidate interactions.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, willingness to learn, and the ability to manage follow-ups.
• Basic familiarity with spreadsheets, email communication, and online recruitment platforms is helpful.
• This is a full-time, in-office internship based in Lucknow for a duration of 3 months.
