The work

Responsibilities

• Support the HR team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for open roles.
• Help schedule interviews, maintain candidate records, and provide timely follow-ups.
• Assist with onboarding documentation and ensure that employee information is organised accurately.
• Prepare basic HR reports, trackers, and communication updates as required.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and support day-to-day HR activities.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and other people-related projects.
