Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment and HR operations. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate looking to gain practical experience in Human Resources.

The work

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment activities, including CV screening, interview scheduling and candidate coordination.
• Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
• Maintain and update employee and recruitment records.
• Assist with documentation, filing and HR database updates.
• Coordinate with candidates for required documents and follow-ups.
• Support the HR team with reports, trackers and other administrative activities.
• Assist with general HR operations as required.

• Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
