The work

Responsibilities

• Manage professional communication with clients and maintain strong, responsive relationships.
• Understand client requirements, coordinate with internal HR and recruitment teams, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Support candidate coordination, interview scheduling, onboarding communication, and documentation.
• Track requests, updates, and deliverables while maintaining accurate records and status reports.
• Resolve routine queries courteously and escalate complex issues to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Contribute to service quality, relationship management, and efficient HR operations.

Requirements

This is a permanent, full-time, in-office opportunity in Ernakulam for an HR Client Relations Executive in the IT industry. The fixed annual compensation is ₹2,50,000.

• Between 1 and 1.5 years of relevant experience in HR, client relations, recruitment coordination, or a related function.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, service-oriented approach.
• Good organizational, follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfort working with digital tools, spreadsheets, email communication, and structured records.
• Ability to manage multiple conversations responsibly while protecting confidential information.
• Willingness to work full-time from the Ernakulam office in Kerala.
