About the role

Roles

We are looking for a Graphic Designer Intern who wants to go beyond simply making things look pretty and focus on clean layout compositions, modern typography, proper spacing, hierarchy, and visual balance. You will work on real client projects, build digital and print marketing assets, and experiment with brand guidelines across multiple visual treatments. You must be curious enough to figure things out, step outside your comfort zone, accept feedback openly, and test different directions. This is a full-time, in-office internship. Applicants should be fully committed to working from our Saket office throughout the internship period.

The work

Responsibility

  • Digital Creatives: Create graphics for social media platforms, digital campaigns, banners, and marketing promotions.
  • Brand Assets: Develop brand-related visual assets and build presentations that align with guidelines.
  • Concept Exploration: Turn existing concepts into strong visual stories while exploring different design directions.
  • Visual Testing: Experiment with various layouts, compositions, typography, imagery, and visual styles to create multiple variations.
  • Design Support: Assist the creative team with daily visual requirements, explore new design trends, and work on unique project styles.
  • Feedback Iteration: Actively take creative feedback to refine, edit, and improve designs through multiple versions.

  • Educational Background: Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts (or a related field)—or simply genuinely passionate about design.
  • Core Design Instinct: A good eye for composition, typography, spacing, hierarchy, and visual balance.
  • Mindset & Ownership: Ability to take constructive feedback without taking it personally, work independently once given clear goals, and stay highly disciplined.
  • Tools & Skills: Practical experience with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or similar creative platforms.
